Schlemmereule occupies a historic vaulted cellar on the Domfreihof, the square next to the Trier Cathedral. Petra and Hubert Scheid have been cooking Mediterranean-regional cuisine at a consistently high level here for decades. Excellent wine list focused on the Mosel, with a calm atmosphere.
